Romagosa Dermatology Group specializes in dermatology and in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, including MOHS surgery. Drs. Rosso & Barron also specialize in Cosmetic Dermatology Procedures.
Rick Romagosa, M.D.
Dr. Rick Romagosa completed a fellowship year in Clinical Research through the Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the University of Miami School of Medicine where he received his medical degree, graduating with Research Distinction and Alpha Omega Alpha honors. He remained at the University to complete his internal medicine internship and dermatology residency. During his final year of residency, he was chosen to be the chief resident. Dr. Romagosa has participated in numerous research projects and peer reviewed publications. He is a Voluntary Associate Professor of Dermatology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology.
Dr. Romagosa founded Romagosa Dermatology Group in 2005 and since has built the most qualified staff on the Treasure Coast.
Yvonne Romagosa, M.D.
Dr. Yvonne Romagosa received her medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. She continued at the University of Miami for her internship in Internal Medicine before completing one year of clinical research in dermatology at the University of Miami hospital. She completed her dermatology residency at the University of Miami Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery, where she was chosen to serve as chief resident in her final year.
Dr. Romagosa has participated in numerous research projects and is published in peer reviewed dermatology journals. Dr. Romagosa is in the process of applying for a voluntary faculty position at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Jackson Memorial Hospital and the Miami Veterans Hospital. Dr. Romagosa is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology.
Ritchie Rosso, M.D.
Dr. Ritchie Rosso received his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. Dr. Rosso then completed his internship in Internal Medicine at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York City and also performed a clinical research fellowship at the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Rosso completed his residency training at the University of Miami Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery.
During his residency the University of Miami recognized Dr. Rosso amongst his peers for excellence in the performance of dermatologic surgery. Dr. Rosso worked alongside numerous renowned cosmetic dermatologists during his training. He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology.
Greg Barron, M.D.
Dr. Greg Barron graduated from the University of Florida School of Medicine where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. Following internship at the University of Miami, Dr. Barron completed his residency at the University of Miami Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery.
Dr. Barron is an active member in the American Academy of Dermatology, serving as a representative of the Grassroots Advocacy Committee. The University of Miami recognized Dr. Barron amongst his peers for excellence in the performance of dermatologic surgery during his residency. In addition, his fellow residents chose him as the best resident teacher. Dr. Barron is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology.
